We cannot say enough wonderful things about Christi! She was truly exceptional from beginning to end and went far beyond what we ever expected from a Realtor. We were building a new home, and she stayed incredibly involved throughout the entire process. She advocated for us, helped us navigate issues as they came up, and was always available when we needed advice or another set of eyes. When our appraisal came in lower than expected, she really went to work for us and helped negotiate a resolution that enable us to close the deal. What really sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She is patient, thorough, attentive, and takes the time to explain things and make sure you feel comfortable with every decision. I can see why she specializes in working with seniors and those who are downsizing. She has exactly the combination of patience, compassion, knowledge, and attention to detail that you would want when navigating a major life transition. I can honestly say after going through this process with her that I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a Realtor. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and we are so grateful she was in our corner throughout the entire process!

Response from the owner:Thank you so much, Kelly, for this wonderful review and for recognizing Christi’s exceptional work. We are thrilled she could advocate for you, navigate the appraisal challenge, and provide the care and attention that made your build and closing feel secure. Your recommendation means a great deal to us and to Christi, especially your note about her patience and compassion when helping seniors and those downsizing. Congratulations on your new home, and thank you for trusting us throughout the process.

I remember how delicate Christi was with selling our home, she walked us through every detail, and I know how hard it was for us to make our decision to sell. She explained everything so well, and even though I have hard days where I miss the house some times I know I made the best decision deep down. Christi worked on every angle for us to make things happen. I will always be forever grateful to her for every thing she did for and my family! She showed me I CAN actually have my own home! I know Christi would have done the same for my Mom if she was here. I always think of that when I remember those last days in the house. I know first hand what a true blessing she is to the Seniors in the community! Thank you again, Christi for being you! ❤️❤️ Dee Medford-Murray

Response from the owner:Thank you, Dee, for the 5-star rating! We’re thrilled you had a great experience and appreciate your support. We look forward to serving you again soon.

Working with Christi Finnell during one of the hardest chapters of our lives was nothing short of a blessing. When my father fell suddenly ill and my mother— already terminally ill— needed immediate support, this incredible professional stepped in with a level of compassion, steadiness, and expertise that we will never forget. Specializing in seniors and geriatric psychology, Christi understood not just the logistical challenges we faced, but the emotional weight behind every decision. She guided us through all the necessary paperwork with patience and clarity, ensuring that my mother was set up to be cared for safely and comfortably for the remainder of her life. Beyond her own warmth and professionalism, her network was truly remarkable. She connected us with people who could help in ways we didn’t even know we needed, each one as trustworthy and dedicated as Christi is. Christi’s kindness, empathy and specialized knowledge made an overwhelming situation manageable, and our family will always be grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend Christi Finnell to anyone who needs a realtor whose work goes far beyond the scope of real estate, someone who genuinely cares.

Response from the owner:Thank you so much, Sarah, for sharing your experience and for your heartfelt recommendation. I am deeply honored to have been able to support your family during such a difficult time and appreciate your kind words about our care coordination and network. Helping seniors and families navigate both the practical and emotional aspects of care is what I strive for, and your trust means everything. Please know I am here if you ever need anything further.

Working with Christi was truly one of the best decisions I made during my home-buying journey. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and always had my best interests at heart. As a first-time homebuyer, I had so many questions and moments of uncertainty, but Christi made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming. She took the time to explain everything, kept me informed every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right home. Lisa Fleming recommended her and boy was I amazed. Because of Christi’s hard work, dedication, and support, I can officially say I’m a homeowner with my partner, something I honestly wasn’t sure I would be able to say. She helped make a dream of mine become a reality, and I couldn’t be more grateful for all of her guidance throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients, listens to what you want, and will go above and beyond for you, I cannot recommend Christi enough. Thank you for helping me reach such a special milestone and for making this journey such a positive experience!

Response from the owner:Thank you so much, Margaux — I’m honored to have been part of your home-buying journey. I’m thrilled you and your partner are now homeowners, and I’m grateful Lisa Fleming recommended me. It was a pleasure guiding you through each step and helping make the process feel less overwhelming. Wishing you many happy memories in your new home, and thank you for sharing your experience.

Let me tell you that if I could give 100 stars, I would. Christi was so patient and kind through my whole process. She communicated everything from looking up houses up to and even after closing. She was willing to meet me when i needed and looked at several houses before we found the right one. She helped me by being present in person for the inspections and communication with contractors and giving me all the details. She was available any time I called or would call me back right away. I couldn't have dreamed up a better person than Christi to help me with my needs. I wish I could clone her for my needs in a different state. If you're needing a realtor who truly cares about your needs and situation, don't go anywhere else. Christi is the only person you need.

When I decided to put my house on the market, Christi’s name was given to me by a mutual friend who highly recommended her as well as assuring me that I would be in great hands. Hands down this was the best experience I could have ever hoped for. Christi brought her A game right out of the gate which was much appreciated. Through the whole process Christi was always a phone call away for questions, concerns, pep talks, and making sure that we were always on the same page. When we decided to do a partial kitchen remodel as well as some repainting and touch up work Christi had all the contacts at her fingertips and had meetings set up quicker than you could say sold. My house went live on March 4th and we had a sale pending by March 14th. I never dreamed my house would sell so quickly and I owe it all to Christi. If you are looking to put your house on the market and you want a professional with a heart of gold, please give Christi a call. You will not be disappointed, 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕 Lisa Martinec
